Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Midlothian Turnpike, an IHG Hotel

Great location. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful with providing good places to eat. Our room was very spacious and comfortable. Free wifi and parking were very good. The free breakfast was ok. I would recommend this hotel and if Richmond again I will be staying here.

It's a nice, clean and welcoming hotel! Shakira, the desk clerk, is a superstar. ⭐ I can't say enough good things about her! Great customer service is very rare these days so she's an extra treat for the hotel's guests! I got to experience this as she made the late night check-in process painless! 😁 I walked in feeling cranky because of the unexpectedly long trip. But by the time I opened our room's door, I was laughing and smiling with my family,. Um...the same family I wanted to leave in the car - on top of the car, or whatever - overnight - just a few minutes earlier, LOL. 😉 I think she sensed my mood and was even more so accommodating. What a great price for the room AND it was soooo comfortable! We will definitely stay there again. 👍

Despite the fact that Booking.com failed to notify the Holiday Inn of our reservation, the staff made sure that we were accommodated. They were very pleasant to deal with. Breakfast was a great offering with many choices.

Breakfast was ample, something for everyone. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Easy access to the highway and close to the facility we were visiting both days.

The room was really clean and the two double sized beds were awesomely comfortable. Holiday Inn really tries to update the rooms. The bathroom showed some signs of its age but the attempts to upgrade were appreciated.
